Refund policy

At Corporate Drop Out, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a standard return policy in line with UK consumer legislation.

1. STATUTORY 14-DAY RIGHT TO CANCEL (CHANGE OF MIND)
If you are located in the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel:
- You must notify us of your request within 14 days of receiving your item by emailing info@corporatedropout.uk.
- Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to our return address:
  Bigwigs, Winchfield, Hook, RG27 8SJ, United Kingdom.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION
To be eligible for a full refund, items should be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging. 

You are entitled to inspect and try on garments as you would in a retail shop. However, if items show signs of wear, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and fit, we reserve the right to reduce your refund to cover any loss in the value of the goods.

3. HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, contact us at info@corporatedropout.uk. We will provide instructions on how to return your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior notification may experience processing delays.

Return Postage Costs: 
Unless an item is faulty or delivered in error, you are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

4. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or statutory reasons:
- Perishable goods or personal care items.
- Customised or bespoke products made to your specifications.
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
- Gift cards.

Please note: Under UK law, sale and promotional items purchased online ARE eligible for return within the standard 14-day window.

5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you have a statutory right to:
- A full refund if reported within 30 days of delivery.
- A repair or replacement if reported after 30 days.

If your item is defective, contact us immediately at info@corporatedropout.uk with details and photo evidence so we can arrange a free return and issue a refund or replacement.

6. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item following our return process, and place a separate order for the new item once the return is logged.

7. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or receiving proof of return). 

Please note it may take your bank or credit card provider additional business days to post the funds to your account. If more than 14 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund approval and you have not received your funds, please contact info@corporatedropout.uk.
